  • How do I install my Simple Snap™ Screen Protector perfectly the first time?
  • How do you remove bubbles from a screen protector during installation?
    Air bubbles can easily be removed with the included card and microfiber cloth. However for dust or lint bubbles you need to gently peel back the screen protector using pull tab, and then using the clean paster pull the dust from the screen or from the sticky side of the Simple Snap™ Screen Protector.
  • I followed the instructions and watched the help videos, but still messed up install. What should I do?
    First off, don't worry about a thing, because once you purchase from Simple Snap™, you are protected under our Lifetime Replacement Warranty! You can contact us during normal business hours to speak to a representative that will help with your installation or email us directly at support@simplesnap.com to request replacements. Should you choose to email us, please include the following information: First & Last Name, Shipping Address, Contact Number, Order Number, Short Description on Product/Installation Issue.
  • How long will it take for my order to reach me?
    Once your order is placed you will get an email with an order confirmation, followed by tracking information once your order ships from our warehouse. If you chose our standard delivery, it takes 2-4 Business Days until your product arrives. All Simple Snap™ products are shipped from Chicago, IL. Please note, for USPS Tracking we use delivery confirmation, so you will not see real time updates for our standard shipping but rather a departure scan and a delivery confirmation. If you do need detailed tracking information, you can choose to pay to ship priority or next day service as well.
  • Do you ship Internationally?
    Simple Snap™ does offer international shipping! Due to custom clearance, International Shipment delivery time is NOT guaranteed, though. Contact us if you have additional questions regarding International shipments.
  • How do I use my Lifetime Warranty?
    If you haven’t already, sign up for an account on SimpleSnap.com. Once there, click on the “Warranty" button located at the bottom of the page under the “Navigation” menu. The website will prompt you to do the rest. Please note that you will need to provide a proof of purchase, i.e. a receipt or order number, in order for the request to be processed. There will also be a small shipping & processing fee associated with redeeming your lifetime warranty. Please email support@simplesnap.com if you have any additional questions.
  • How does the warranty process work?
    Every purchase comes with a Lifetime Guarantee. You do not need to buy a new Simple Snap™ at retail price with our warranty process. The only costs you may be responsible for include: 1) Shipping and handling for the replacement product to be shipped to you. 2) Potential customs/brokerage fees for receiving the replacement product (international customers only).
  • How long after my order is placed will it take to ship?
    Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. We will notify you via e-mail when your order has shipped.
  • What if I do not receive my order?
    Most orders we ship make it to their destination without any issues. There are, on rare occasion, packages that get lost or delivered to the incorrect address. If this is the case, we ask that you notify us immediately so that we can attempt to locate your package.

    Our liability is solely for Simple Snap™ products (including, but not limited to, the Simple Snap™ Screen Protector) and does not extend to electronic devices. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company.
